1:16 p.m.: Daniel M. Balke, 59, of the 1400 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on charges of second degree domestic assault and first degree burglary.

Nov. 22
8:16 p.m.: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported in a business parking lot in the 3800 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
Nov. 23
10:06 p.m.: Medication was reported stolen by two female subjects from a business in the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard.
11:37 p.m.: A suspect reportedly entered a residence in the 2800 block of South Ingram Avenue and assaulted a female suspect. The female sustained minor injuries.
