Arrests

Oct. 16

10:20 a.m.: Andrew J. Shaw, 32, of the 400 block of North Park Avenue, was arrested in the 2400 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of stealing, fraudulent use of a credit device and forgery.

Nov. 16

10:09 a.m.: Leonard Demar Pace, 38, of the 700 block of West Cooper Street, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on a charge of third degree domestic assault.

12:30 p.m.: Rian N. Wilborn, 26, of Lincoln, was issued a municipal court summons in the 1300 block of South Ohio Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Incidents

Nov. 16

9:30 a.m.: A woman and her daughter contacted SPD to report the daughter had been raped at a residence near the intersection of East Seventh Street and South Arlington Avenue. The incident happened sometime in the last four weeks.

9:30 a.m.: A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of South Grand Avenue.

11:22 a.m.: The rear door of a residence in the 1700 block of West 16th Street was reported damaged. It appeared suspects attempted to gain entry into the residence, but were not successful.

6:47 p.m.: A complainant reported an unknown subject dumped chips, salsa and fajitas on her vehicle parked at her residence in the 1000 block of West Seventh Street.

Nov. 17

4:38 a.m.: $28.43 worth of gas was reported stolen by a suspect in a white passenger car at a business in the 3000 block of South Limit Avenue.
