2:42 p.m.: Greory A. Bierschbach, 39, was issued a municipal court summons near the intersection of East 10th Street and South Marvin Avenue for possession of marijuana. An officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle that disobeyed a stop sign and discovered the passenger was in possession of marijuana.

May 25
12:04 p.m.: Officers responded to an assault in progress in the 800 block of East Fifth Street. The victim said a white male subject spit in another male’s face and attempted to throw punches and kick the victim. The suspect was seen running from the area by witnesses. The victim said the suspect allegedly cut the brake lines on his vehicle before calling the victim outside to fight; there are no witnesses to this part of the incident. The suspect has not been located. Charges of second degree assault and second degree property damage are being sought against the suspect.

11:48 a.m.: Heather M. Ingram, 39, of Holden, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of tampering, driving with a revoked license, no seat belt and failure to display plates.
2:29 p.m.: Glenn T. Grant, 31, of Sedalia, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, no insurance and no seat belt.
