A Windsor man was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 6:43 a.m. Tuesday in Johnson County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Quincy J. Hodges, 23, of Whiteman Air Force Base, was driving south on state Route 23 at the Lemay Gate when he attempted to turn left into the base and failed to yield to a northbound vehicle driven by Ricky Isley, 59.
Isley was taken by Whiteman ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg with minor injuries.
Reports indicate both Isley and Hodges were wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
