Jan. 18
9:28 p.m.: Sara Michelle Williams, 25, of the 3800 block of Southgate Circle, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on a charge of assault. A victim reported to officers that someone cut her off while driving near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Massachusetts Avenue. The subject stopped the vehicle on Broadway and the driver and passenger exited the vehicle. The female suspect grabbed the victim’s hair and attempted to pull her out of the car while the male subject kicked the victim’s vehicle’s bumper. There was no vehicle damage and the victim refused medical treatment. The suspect later came to SPD to talk with an officer about the incident and admitted to hitting the victim.

11:59 a.m.: Gena Ann Collins, 54, of the 2900 block of Oak Ridge Circle, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.

8:57 p.m.: Rahim A. Al-Shams, 28, of Kansas City, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving with a revoked license, no insurance and careless and imprudent driving.
