The future bride graduated cum laude from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in kinesiology. She is employed as the executive director of Shawnee Heartland Assisted Living Facility in Shawnee, Kansas.
The future groom graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. He manages his own freight brokerage business.
