5:06 a.m.: Jonathan D. Robinson, 26, of Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of West 32nd Street and South Park Avenue on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.
Oct. 30
5:36 p.m.: Nadelene Meseky, 18, of Knob Noster, and Jasleen Raed, 18, of La Monte, were both issued a municipal court summons in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for stealing.
6:26 p.m.: Mark B. Shirey, 46, of the 1700 block of South Ohio Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of third degree domestic assault.

1:03 a.m.: Rebecca Faith Hughes, 28, of Dallas, Texas, was arrested near the intersection of West Seventh Street and Quincy Avenue on charges of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, no proof of insurance, failure to stop at a red light and speeding.
1:21 p.m.: Laci Renee Issel, 40, no address given, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of resisting arrest and indecent exposure.

6:43 p.m.: A purse and wallet, valued at $46.94, were reported stolen from a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
8:16 p.m.: A gold 1997 four-door Honda Accord was reported stolen from the parking lot of a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

11:50 a.m.: $300 was reported stolen from a purse in the 1900 block of South Grand Avenue.
4:03 p.m.: A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of East 13th Street.

6:44 a.m.: Kelly L. Weitzel, 35, of Warsaw, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, careless and imprudent driving and failure to register a motor vehicle.
11:07 p.m.: Eric D. Willis, 39, of Grain Valley, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving the wrong direction on a highway, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving while intoxicated.

1:31 a.m.: Kenneth E. Steele, 37, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
1:33 a.m.: Emery L. Ferguson, 23, of Quincy, Illinois, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
1:37 a.m.: Joe Vargas, 29, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated and no driver’s license.
