June 28
6:15 a.m.: Braiden Diane Loveland, 22, and Aaron Dove, 22, both of Green Ridge, were both issued a municipal court summons in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for stealing. A business reported two suspects shoplifting items. The suspects both confessed and the property was returned.
June 29
4:04 p.m.: Glenn T. Dupree Grant Sr., 32, of the 1900 block of East 14th Street, was arrested in the 200 block of South Stewart Avenue on a charge of fourth degree assault. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. A complainant said they were assaulted by someone known to their family and the suspect has an order of protection against them.
July 4
3:45 a.m.: Nathan Shane Snyder, 33, of the 1900 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested in the 600 block of East 14th Street on a charge of fourth degree domestic assault. Officers responded to a report of a physical disturbance involving two men. The victim said he was assaulted and threatened by the second man, who is known to him. The suspect was later located in La Monte and arrested by Pettis County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
4:36 a.m.: Gary Charlie Brown Sr., 59, of the 1100 block of East Seventh Street, was arrested in the 1100 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of first degree trespassing. An officer responded to a report of a man standing on a caller’s property. The man had been issued a trespass warning for the property by officers in the past.
8:34 a.m.: Thomas Duane Averbeck, 65, of the 1500 block of South Harrison Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of East 16th Street and South Ohio Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
7:07 p.m.: Orval G. Hudson, 54, of the 300 block of East Green Street, was arrested in the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. A traffic stop was conducted for a vehicle that failed to use a turn signal. The officer observed the driver moving around in the vehicle and searched the vehicle, which revealed a baggie of methamphetamine.
11:03 p.m.: Vicki G. Rigole, 44, of the 1100 block of Cresent Drive, was issued a municipal court summons at her residence for stealing. An officer contacted a subject about stealing her neighbor’s trash cans. She admitted to taking them, adding that she forgot to bring them back.
11:56 p.m.: Ponciano C. Gonzalez, 26, of the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested in the 200 block of South Qunicy Avenue on charges of third degree domestic assault, driving with a suspended/revoked license and felonious restraint. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and found two people outside in a verbal fight. The victim said she was going for a ride in a vehicle with the subject, but when she asked to get out the suspect held her in by her shirt strap. The victim eventually jumped out of the moving vehicle to get away and the suspect tried to strike her with the vehicle. He then went into the residence and head-butted the victim.
July 5
12:08 a.m.: Patrick W. Green, 50, of the 1000 block of West Seventh Street, was arrested at his residence on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated subject trying to operate a vehicle.
July 6
1:18 a.m.: Gregory W. Keele, 34, of the 1100 block of South Moniteau Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of third degree domestic assault. Officers responded to a report of domestic assault. The caller said she and the suspect were in the backyard of a residence and the suspect was on top of her. When officers arrived the suspect was still on top of the caller.
