The couple, from Jefferson City, said they had waited in line more than an hour for tickets to Sawyer Brown with Royal Wade Kimes, who will perform Thursday, Aug 10, opening night of the Fair, and Alan Jackson, who will perform with Lee Ann Womack on Saturday, Aug. 12. Renee Veltrop said this year will be the first time the couple have attended a concert at the State Fair.
