Oct. 23
9:47 a.m.: Sherman L. Ward, 18, of the 400 block of West Sixth Street, was arrested at his residence on a charge of assault.
11:03 a.m.: Mary K. Casto, 17, of the 1400 block of Elm Hills Boulevard, was arrested in the 1300 block of South Carr Avenue on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
12:16 p.m.: Kevin A. Rabena, 18, of Lincoln, Dalton J. Lukecart, 18, of Warsaw, and Nancy W. Fowler, 28, of Warsaw, were all issued a municipal court summons in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for stealing.
1:15 p.m.: Dusty Ray Parish, 34, of the 1800 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West 17th Street and South Kentucky Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
4:44 p.m.: Shyanne N. Meyer, 19, of the 19000 block of Maltzbarger Road, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.

11:03 a.m.: Chelsea L. Clemons, 17, of the 1300 block of South Carr Avenue, was arrested at her residence on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
5:01 p.m.: Nicole G. Mosby, 39, of the 600 block of West Fourth Street, was arrested at her residence on a charge of public peace disturbance.
9:03 p.m.: Alvin Odell Brown Jr., 52, no address given, was arrested in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of first degree trespassing.

Gary Charlie Brown Sr., 57, of Sedalia, was arrested in the 1600 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of open container.
Incidents
Oct. 23
6:59 a.m.: More than $6,000 of camera equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 700 block of West Fourth Street.
7:54 a.m.: A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle in a driveway at a residence in the 1900 block of West Fifth Street. A neighbor later reported finding a wallet in their yard. The wallet was returned to the owner, but various items were missing from inside the wallet.
12:07 p.m: A female victim reported she was assaulted by a man she was in a relationship with in the 300 block of Scott Joplin Court. She was taken by the Pettis County Ambulance District to Bothwell Regional Health Center.
1:37 p.m.: Unspecified items, valued at $600, were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 1100 block of South Harrison Avenue.
7:17 p.m.: Electronic items, valued at $400, were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1700 block of South Vermont Avenue.
9:43 p.m.: A victim reported a prescription drug package was taken from their shopping cart at a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

8:56 a.m.: A green 1995 Lincoln Towncar was reported stolen from a residence in the 400 block of North Park Avenue.
10:30 a.m.: Two tires were reported damaged on a vehicle in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street.
6:42 p.m.: Multiple pieces of clothing, valued at $153.94, were reported stolen from a business in the 3900 block of West Broadway Boulevard. The Osage Police Department recovered the stolen clothing, but SPD officers were unable to contact the suspect.

8:37 a.m.: A red 2002 Ford Escort ZX2 was reported stolen from a residence in the 1400 block of West Fifth Street.
10:02 a.m.: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported in the 500 block of West Pettis Street.

Oct. 24
6:34 p.m.: Brian T. Cullen, 38, of Kansas City, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated and no proof of insurance.
Oct. 25
4:40 a.m.: Sara D. Jenkins, 33, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and driving while intoxicated.
4:50 a.m.: Pierre D. Eubanks, 20, of Kansas City, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
