10:27 a.m.: William Scott Hughes, 46, of the 3800 block of South Ingram Avenue, was arrested in the 2200 block of South Ingram Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
Sept. 8
12:47 p.m.: Willie B. Carter, 64, of the 300 block of Scott Joplin Court, was arrested near the intersection of West Pettis Street and North Moniteau Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

8:53 a.m.: A black 47-inch Vizio 3D television, valued at $850, was reported stolen from a residence in the 700 block of South New York Avenue.
9:39 a.m.: Two lawn mowers and a trailer were reported stolen from a property in the 600 block of South Lafayette Avenue.
2:26 p.m.: The front license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in front of a residence in the 600 block of South Lafayette Avenue.
8:05 p.m.: A 49cc scooter was reported stolen from a garage at a residence in the 300 block of West 19th Street.
