Oct. 15
2:26 a.m.: David E. Taylor, of the 400 block of North Prospect Avenue, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, distributing or delivering marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Randolph Avenue near East Howard Street.
8:50 a.m.: Curtis L. Jackson, 46, of the 700 block of East Fifth Street, was arrested in the 200 block of Second Street on a charge of rape. The alleged rape occurred May 7, according to a Sedalia police report. After a lengthy investigation and obtaining DNA results, Jackson was arrested.
Incidents
Oct. 14
7:08 a.m.: A bicycle was reported stolen in the 1600 block of South Missouri Avenue.
12:15 p.m.: A possible was sexual assault of a juvenile by an adult was reported in the 2500 block of West 16th Street. The incident allegedly occurred in August. Police are investigating.
3:45 p.m.: A 1992 Ford F-150 was reported stolen in the 200 Block of West Broadway Boulevard.
