Sept. 4
4:10 p.m.: A complainant reported their 2-year-old daughter was sexually molested by an adult babysitter in the 800 block of Brentwood Avenue in early January.
Sept. 11
2:32 a.m.: Officers were sitting at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Missouri Avenue when they heard gunshots coming from the area of the 100 block of North Missouri Avenue where a large group of people had gathered. Several people were contacted and they said shots came from within the building but no one was reported injured. In the building, evidence was secured to show shots had been fired but there was no indication of anyone hurt at the time of the report. A suspect has been named but had not been located at the time of the report.
Sept. 12
10:31 a.m.: A caller at a business in the 3000 block of West Broadway Boulevard reported a customer wanted a refund for a counterfeit $20 bill his wife received from the business. An officer made contact with the caller who said they refunded the customer and collected the counterfeit bill. The caller was not sure when the business received the bill.
1:56 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to two Sedalia School District 200 schools to take reports of two students being abused by the same family member. Upon arrival the officer met with the complainants who said the incidents happened over the past two to three weeks.

Sept. 13
9:50 a.m.: Ashlee M. Jeronimo, 29, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of two misdemeanor Saline County warrants and no valid license.
