Aug. 12
1:10 a.m.: Justin T. Robb, 26, of Princeton, Indiana, was arrested near the intersection of South Limit Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated subject who attempted to purchase alcohol at a business and was refused service. He left the business and was located driving on Broadway Boulevard. A traffic stop was conducted.
1:46 a.m.: Ezra M.D. Feece, 21, of Lincoln, was arrested in the 2500 block of West 16th Street on charges of resisting arrest and first degree trespassing. Chase Austin Hummel, 22, of Cole Camp, was arrested on a charge of first degree trespassing. Officers were called to the cattle holding barn at the Missouri State Fair for subjects refusing to leave. Contact was made with a Fair employee who said they asked two males to leave. They were uncooperative and argumentative, and both had the odor of alcohol on their breath. One subject resisted arrest.
2:45 a.m.: Gena A. Craig, 20, of Cole Camp, was arrested near the intersection of South Grand Avenue and West 10th Street on charges of driving while intoxicated and operator’s license required.
10:18 a.m.: Kenny L. Shier, 41, of the 100 block of Sunset Village, was arrested near the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and South Lamine Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
8:55 p.m.: James Francis Gasko, 52, no address given, was arrested in the 2200 block of South Grand Avenue on charges of trespassing and open alcohol container. Officers responded to a report of a man drinking in the park who was previously asked to leave by park security. The man dumped an open beer as the officers walked up. The man admitted to being told to leave, but said the beer wasn’t his.
Aug. 13
1:36 a.m.: Abbey Elizabeth Burk, 25, of Columbia, was arrested in the 3100 block of South Limit Avenue on a charge of driving while intoxicated. A traffic stop was conducted for a vehicle having no lights. Field sobriety tests were conducted and the driver performed poorly. She was taken to SPD where she provided a breath sample above the .08 legal limit.
4:03 p.m.: Kelly S. Horman, 46, of Eldon, was issued a municipal court summons in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for stealing. Items totaling $115 were reported stolen from a business. The other suspect was 16 and a juvenile referral was made.
8:05 p.m.: Ashley I. Moore, 28, of the 1600 block of Heck Avenue, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of stealing, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Three items totaling $14.92 were reported stolen from a business. The suspect was arrested and searched, and two controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were found.

Aug. 11
5:33 p.m.: Domestic assault was reported in the 1300 block of South Osage Avenue.
Aug. 13
4:03 p.m.: A female victim in the 600 block of East 14th Street reported a female she is familiar with was driving her vehicle and had not returned it for more than a day. The suspect was contacted and advised to return it. At the time of the report, it had not been returned.

9:17 p.m.: Dalton L. Johnson, 23, of Clinton, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and first degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
11:21 p.m.: Breanna D. Kelso, 22, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and expired registration.

1:04 a.m.: Dustin L. Willoughby, 29, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and lane violation.
2:29 a.m.: Jesse L. Hull, 23, of Meadville, was arrested in Saline County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
2:45 a.m.: Kyle B. Anderson, 18, of Cameron, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of resisting arrest, minor visibly intoxicated, theft and trespassing.
1:15 p.m.: Bryan E. Stevens, 49, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving while intoxicated.
8:30 p.m.: Darrell L. Fischer, 42, of Fulton, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of failure to display navigation lights and boating while intoxicated.
9:35 p.m.: Antonio D. Bowen, 22, of Independence, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of resisting arrest by fleeing.
11:17 p.m.: Frank J. Foster, 42, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on charges of second degree assault, driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a lane.
11:50 p.m.: Gary J. Mormann, 54, of Olean, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of driving with a revoked license and driving while intoxicated.

12:25 a.m.: Benjamin M. Weber, 18, of Lone Jack, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
12:30 a.m.: Gonzalo G. Morales, 36, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated and no valid operator’s license.
1:09 a.m.: Travis W. Harman, 26, of Columbia, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
1:14 a.m.: Lacey L. Leibel, 26, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, driving while intoxicated, no insurance and failure to display valid license plates.
1:43 a.m.: Terrell L. Bailey, 42, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Morgan County on a charge of possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana.
