Sept. 5
3:45 a.m.: Zachary Kyle Rayl, 22, of Boonville, and Ty Nichols Rayl, 23, of the 300 block of East Boonville Street, were both arrested at Ty’s residence on a charge of private peace disturbance.
8:13 p.m.: Marlon J. Beltran, 17, of the 4200 block of West Main Street, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.
11:37 p.m.: Lachelle Rene Flores, 33, of the 4300 block of Vernon Road, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Thompson Boulevard on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
Sept. 6
2:54 a.m.: Andrew Lee Heather, 22, of the 600 block of Wilkerson Street, was arrested near the intersection of South Missouri Avenue and Wilkerson Street on a charge of open alcohol container.
11:09 p.m.: Mark Anthony Paxton, 50, of the 300 block of East Boonville Street, was arrested at his residence on a charge of third degree domestic assault.

12:30 a.m.: Kevin W. Darling, 31, of Green Ridge, was arrested in the 500 block of South Ohio Avenue on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended/revoked license.
Incidents
Sept. 5
2:44 p.m.: A suspect reportedly grabbed various clothing items at a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard and then returned them for a gift card without paying for the items.
4:54 p.m.: A large China hutch and a bed frame, combined total value of $600, were reported stolen from a residence in the 600 block of West Fifth Street.
6:32 p.m.: A push scooter, valued at $400, was reported stolen from a skate park in the 2200 block of South Grand Avenue.
9:13 p.m.: About $600 worth of items, including game consoles and prescription pills, were reported stolen from a residence in the 300 block of West 10th Street.
Sept. 6
7:58 a.m.: Money and a debit card were reported stolen from a purse in the 1200 block of West 11th Street.
10:32 p.m.: The front license plate was reported stolen from the front of a vehicle in the 700 block of East Fourth Street.
11:09 p.m.: A victim reported funds had been stolen from their checking account.

Sept. 5
1:37 a.m.: Paula J. Case, 44, of Sweet Springs, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
8:59 p.m.: Krystal R. Aguero, 34, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Moniteau County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Sept. 6
6:09 p.m.: Sarah M. Hartley, 23, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of possession of marijuana and failure to display valid license plates.
11:44 p.m.: Alvaro J. Escobedo, 27, of Belton, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, no valid license and lane violation.

12:12 a.m.: Rodrigo Santin-Garcia, 41, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated, no valid license and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
2:40 a.m.: Ryan T. Johnson, 41, of Paola, Kansas, was arrested in Benton County on charges of boating while intoxicated and negligent operation of a watercraft.
