A tractor-trailer truck was involved in a two-vehicle accident Monday afternoon on South U.S. Highway 65 near the intersection of North Grand Avenue. The accident occurred when a semi rear-ended a second tractor trailer. The driver of the first vehicle was able to come to a stop at the top of a hill on South 65. The second semi went down an embankment, losing its rear axle and coming to a stop in a ditch. No injuries were reported.

No one was injured.
