May 19
2:32 p.m.: Daniel R. Strunk, 53, of the 600 block of East Ninth Street, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing. The suspect allegedly concealed items in his backpack and attempted to leave the store without paying.
May 20
10:12 p.m.: Kent Leroy Cline Jr., 24, of the 400 block of West Fourth Street, was arrested near the intersection of Winchester Drive and West 12th Street on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
11:41 p.m.: Jose A. Portilla Ortega, 36, of the 4200 block of West Main Street, was issued a municipal court summons near the intersection of West 12th Street and Winchester Drive for open alcohol container. During Friday’s DWI sobriety checkpoint, an officer was checking the driver’s license of a driver when he noticed an open alcohol container in the vehicle. The passenger said the container was his.
May 23
1:40 p.m.: Santiago Hernandez, 24, of the 1100 block of East Broadway Boulevard, was arrested at his residence on a charge of stealing. The suspect allegedly stole multiple pairs of sunglasses while with a female subject who had an appointment at the business.
4:56 p.m.: Kelsey M. Brown, 19, of the 4200 block of West Main Street, was arrested in the 4300 block of Wisconsin Drive on a charge of stealing. The suspect allegedly concealed two items, valued at $44, on her person and left the business without paying.
6:57 p.m.: Raime E. Bain, 25, of the 2800 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West 15th Street and Osage Avenue on charges of possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance in a county jail, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and Schedule II narcotic to be kept in original container. A traffic stop was conducted when a vehicle disobeyed a stop sign. Investigation revealed the passenger was in possession of controlled prescription medications. Once she was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail, it was determined the suspect had hidden contraband inside of her body, which was discovered during a search by a female jailer.
9:53 p.m.: Amie Nicole Allen, 43, of the 1700 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of South Limit Avenue and West 16th Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
May 24
1:18 a.m.: Mary R. Nandho, 42, of the 100 block of East Saline Street, was arrested near the intersection of South Engineer Avenue and East Seventh Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
10 a.m.: Brandon Anthony Carlock, 31, of the 1000 block of East Ninth Street, was arrested on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
2:10 p.m.: Gabrielle Lynee Jordan, 19, of the 3600 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested in the 300 block of East Seventh Street on a charge of loud noise. Officers responded to a disturbance and upon arrival the suspect continued to yell profanities at other subjects even after she was instructed to stop. She said the incident would not stop until she went to jail, so the suspect was arrested.

May 23
4:59 a.m.: A possible hit-and-run accident was reported near the intersection of South Thompson Avenue and East Third Street. A KCP&L utility pole appeared to be struck by a vehicle.
6:34 a.m.: Graffiti was spray-painted on a building in the 2200 block of Clinton Road.

9:40 a.m.: Eliah H. Hensel, 20, of Holden, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance and no seat belt.
