Smith-Cotton Lady Tigers soccer fell 4-0 Tuesday to Hickman at Rock Bridge High School in the Class 4 District 11 tournament.

The Kewpies defeated Smith-Cotton 1-0 earlier this month. Two goals in both halfs sunk the Lady Tigers’ season on a couldy, rainy day in Columbia.

Lady Tigers head coach Adam Murray said he was pleased with the 2-time conference champions’ effort in the district tournament.

“The girls put together a good season,” Murray. “Co-conference championships for back-to-back years. They played well for a lot of the season, it’s just unfortunate to end your season and careers like this for the season.”

Smith-Cotton finished 15-7-1 on the season, the program’s highest win total since 2010.
