May 4
9:54 a.m.: Ronald J. Duncan, 35, of the 1300 block of East Boonville Road, was arrested near the intersection of South Montgomery Avenue and East Fifth Street on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to register with the Department of Revenue.
May 9
5:58 p.m.: Gary Lee Barnett Jr., 40, of Sweet Springs, was arrested in the 4300 block of Wisconsin Avenue on a charge of stealing. Items were reported stolen from a business and the suspect took off running. The suspect was identified after reviewing security camera footage.
May 10
3:47 a.m.: Holly N. Jett, 28, of the 31000 block of Tebo Road, was arrested near the intersection of West 18th Street and South Vermont Avenue on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with the intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. An officer performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for defective license plate lights. An investigation revealed the driver was in possession of controlled substances.
4:30 a.m.: Wesley Adam Franken, 28, of Green Ridge, a passenger in Jett’s vehicle, was issued a municipal court summons near the intersection of West 18th Street and South Vermont Avenue for possession of marijuana.
12:12 p.m.: Jose L. Romero Jr., 19, of the 1400 block of South Harrison Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of second degree property damage. A victim reported two windows on two vehicles were broken.
May 11
10:51 p.m.: Jessica L. McDoodle, 21, of the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested at her residence on a charge of second degree domestic assault. Michael D. Allaire, 20, of the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested at his residence on charges of second degree domestic assault and second degree endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded to a disturbance where the suspects had been arguing most of the evening. The first suspect said they were hit by the second suspect with a pan. The second suspect said the first suspect threw a glass wax melt, which cut their arm and hand.

7:58 p.m.: Leslie E. Harrell, of Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of state Route MM and Yeater Road on charges of driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and displaying the license plates of another vehicle.
