Arrests

April 30

3:51 a.m.: Luke Anthony Vradenburg, 56, of the 700 block of East 11th Street, was arrested at his residence on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and Schedule II narcotics to be kept in original container. While arresting a subject for an active warrant, officers spoke with the homeowner on the front porch and discovered a glass pipe commonly used for smoking methamphetamine had fallen out of the homeowner’s pocket. During a search of his person, marijuana and Schedule II narcotics not in the original container were found in his pocket.

May 10

10:30 a.m.: Andrea N. Johnson, 25, of the 1500 block of West Main Street, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit device. A male victim reported three unauthorized transactions on his credit card.

Incidents

May 9

5:44 a.m.: A business’ window was reported damaged in the 100 block of South Grand Avenue. It is estimated it will cost $1,000 to fix. A rock was found near the window and the reporting employee believes it was thrown at the window.
