Local store introduces Sephora, renovated hair salon
The Sedalia JCPenney celebrated the store’s recent renovations and grand re-opening with a ribbon cutting Friday morning. Over the last three months the store added a Sephora cosmetics section, renovated the store and renamed the hair salon. From left, K.C.
